I do not usually advocate for specific children. Not that I don't love these kids and want to see them in families, for I would take them all in if I could. (Keep breathing honey....I said "if I could!"). Every child deserves a home - none more worthy than the next - and there are others that advocate so much better than I do.
However, today I am stepping out.
Today - there is a little girl who has captured my heart and soul.
Today - there is a family out there that's heart is being prepared (and they may not even know it yet) to welcome her into their home.

Pray for her - fervently storm the gates of heaven on her behalf
To do all those things will take 10 minutes.
And it WILL bring her family to her
Do it for her who will tell you

This little girl really deserves a loving family and I hope that will cut project into a family life with her. She has such a life force and his smile says it all ... In France, the adoption procedures are complex and we can not claim to adoption as you in America. But we all hope that each of these children are adopted.
