I should have posted this last week - but the ER visit on Saturday preempted this. On Thursday, Becky and I joined Tanya and Gracie and Tanya's friend Joy on a road trip to Carlsbad to visit Legoland. I had been there 10 years ago when it first opened, but wow - it's grown (and gotten very expensive; fortunately we found tickets on line at a significant discount). We drove down together, and then the girls gave Tanya's new double stroller a trial run!
Becky is not a huge fan of the rides - and while I can "force" her on some...not this one! Gracie had a great time being a helicopter pilot. Becky also got "bounced" form a ride that she actually wanted to go on because she was too short :(
Gracie and Becky are becoming friends and Beacky asked when we go somewhere "Gracie and Tanya?"
I am not sure how my genes got into Becky, but she loves the boat rides. Any ride with water or a boat and she loves it. She drove the boat for a while - had quite a time and did rather well (if I do say so!)
I am not sure who is having more fun here - Gracie or Joy! I love this picture for what it says about the love of a child and the pure joy that comes from those relationships
And no day would be complete (at least for Becky & Gracie) without some water fun!
God is good, He gave us this summer a daughter from Shangrao China, we called her Becky Raomi.

At least you posted your pictures! I haven't even done that yet. :) We had a super fun time and I was told that Joy hasn't stopped talking about it. :)

Fun!!! I so wish we were there with you guys but cant wait to see you sunday night!! YAAAAA!!!!! Did you get us on the reservation list? also, we are totally good with ordering a ton of things and just splitting the cost. Cant wait!
