A day in the Park

Theory has it that one of the best cures for jet lag is sunshine, so we hit the park on Sunday for an outing -

do not let this picture deceive you - they are not getting along this well all the time. As a matter of fact, this is the 5 minutes each day that mommy gets of no refereeing! The only other times they get along is when getting into something that they shouldn't!

daddy's girls!

I figure that if I keep trying, between now & Christmas, I might just get a decent picture of the four of us!

Our morning ritual - apple juice with an episode of Sesame Street - just long enough to get the dishwasher unloaded, a cup of coffee in me, and check in Facebook and email!
Monday was another nice day-so it was back to the park for another dose of vitamin D and exercise in the jet lag prevention program!

nothing better than a good car nap!

  1. I remember those daily trips to the park. I also remember two little girls who had to fight out the pecking order. The first two weeks were HORRIBLE for us as far as the girls getting along. I remember zipping them in the enclosed trampoline to let them fight it out when I just couldn't take it anymore. But after about two weeks, they had figured each other out and were best friends. Two years later they still very rarely fight. (((HUGS))) girl. Can't wait to see you in July.

Did I miss the first meal home post? I have no doubt the familiar burger was waiting for you, Karen.

The tissue event is priceless - who got the business - the big person or the little people?
